The return period begins when you receive your package in the mail and ends 35 days from when your order was delivered. We recommend trying out your CalfRx for at least 30 days (you have an extra five days to return it); your calf muscles should progress on our number system within weeks. Please return the filled-out Stretching Progress Card with the CalfRx to help us improve the product.
Remember: stretch to tension and not extreme pain. If you have a calf cramp, hold the stretch until the calf relaxes, then hydrate. Releasing calf muscles has a learning curve, and you will start to develop a routine that works for you.
Be patient and stretch every day; you will start to see how consistent stretching can improve your lower leg health and life! Condition
Your product must be in like-new condition and returned in the original packaging (save the shipping box). Products that are damaged or are not in their original condition are non-returnable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
The CalfRx is not returnable after 35 days from delivery, and in that case, we cannot offer you a refund unless it fails under warranty conditions.
Refunds
Once your return package is received, we will email you that we have received your returned package. Once we process your return, we will send you an email letting you know the refund status and notification. Please allow 10-14 business days when your product arrives back at our facility for assessment and refund processing. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund posts.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Defective/Broken Product
It is nearly impossible to break the CalfRx, but please contact us for defective or damaged products. Please use our Contact page, and in the Message section, write Damaged: and your question(s).
Lifetime Warranty
The warranty obligations of CalfRelax for this product are limited to the terms set forth below, and they are activated when you purchase the product.
What is covered
The Lifetime Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and production quality defects of this product for 50 years (50) calendar years from the date of original purchase.
Who is covered
Only the original purchaser of this product is eligible for the Lifetime Warranty, and this warranty is not transferable to subsequent purchasers or owners of this product.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration, or malfunction resulting from alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable misuse, abuse, neglect, exposure to fire, lightning, power surges, or other acts of nature.
CalfRelax shall not be liable for any loss of use of this product, or other incidental or consequential costs, expenses, or damage incurred by the customer or other users.
Replacement
CalfRelax will, at its sole discretion, provide the following remedy to whatever extent it shall deem necessary to satisfy a proper claim under warranty:

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item, and shipping costs are non-refundable. We encourage you to return the product in its original box and ship USPS Ground to minimize your expense.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping is not part of the refund.
When shipping your item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
