CalfRelax ships presently via USPS Parcel Select Ground or UPS Ground (2-8 business days).

CalfRelax offers free ground shipping in the continental US on orders of $85 or more (in USD). Orders under $85 (in USD), international orders, orders outside the continental United States, or expedited orders will require a shipping fee paid by the customer.

CalfRelax ships FREE in the continental USA and to military addresses.

• Please allow an ADDITIONAL 2-6 business days for delivery during holidays.
• If you need shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, please get in touch with us for a shipping quote.
• Please use our Contact page, and in the Message section, write Shipping Hawaii/Alaska and include zip code package will be sent.
• If you would like the CalfRx shipped internationally, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Shipping Update
Due to COVID-19 or supply chain delays and labor shortages, current US ground shipping can take up to or more than 14 business days to deliver.

Wrong address
We would not be responsible if the address provided for shipping was entered or provided incorrectly by the customer.

Unsuccessful Product Deliveries
If the post office returns a product due to an incorrect address on file or failed delivery, we will reach out to the customer to discuss options. 

Delivery time
We cannot guarantee package delivery time. We will be timely on our end, but transit times can be delayed based on circumstances outside our control, i.e., weather, location, customs, 3rd party shipper delays, etc. Therefore, delivery time frames are for reference only.
